The group served European clients from Sao Paulo, with the double problem of time zone and variant. Portuguese clients noticed the Brazilian register, and clients elsewhere in Europe got replies out of hours.

Onshore in Portugal. For European client data there is no international transfer, which removed the compliance layer the previous model required.
