Tourism and hospitality
Multilingual support for tourism and hospitality in Portugal
Reservations, guest support and review management in Portuguese, English, Spanish, French and German, with seasonality handled as capacity rather than as a crisis.

The pressure on tourism and hospitality in Portugal
Seasonality is the structural problem. A team sized for August sits idle in February, and a team sized for February loses bookings in August.
Multilingual here is real rather than decorative: English, Spanish, French and German turn up on the same day, and the guest who writes in German expects a reply in German.
What we run
- Reservations, changes and cancellations
- Guest support before, during and after the stay
- Management of and response to public reviews
- Group, event and corporate booking support
What we do not do
We do not replace the on-site team. What we do is take off the front desk the work that does not need to be at the front desk, so the people in the hotel are with the guest rather than on the phone.

Frequently asked questions
How do you handle seasonality?
With a permanent core and contracted reserve for peak months, rather than headcount sized to August.
Which languages do you cover?
Portuguese, English, Spanish, French and German with native speakers, and others depending on volume.
Do you integrate with our booking engine?
We work inside it. The history and the data stay where they already are.
Do you respond to public reviews?
Yes, with scripts you approve and escalation for cases that need a management decision.
Do you work with individual properties or only groups?
With both. Individual properties work better on a shared team, which spreads the fixed management cost.
How long does it take to start?
Four to eight weeks in Portugal and three to six in the global hubs, from a signed proposal. Transition begins by documenting the process, not by transferring it.
What is the minimum size?
Three full-time people for a dedicated team, which is the minimum to cover holidays and absence. Below that we propose a shared team.
How is the service measured?
Against metrics agreed before the operation opens, with a threshold below which we enter a recovery plan. It is not a conversation that starts when the client complains.
What if we want to end it?
There is agreed notice and a written reversal plan. The process documentation is yours from day one and leaves with you.
