Agrifood and wine
Commercial and administrative support for agrifood and wine
Export support, distributor service and sales across several markets, for Portuguese producers.

The pressure on agrifood and wine in Portugal
Many producers are mid-sized and export to ten or fifteen markets, none of which justifies a dedicated salesperson.
Export documentation is repetitive, error-prone and frequently done by the people who should be selling.
What we run
- Distributor and importer support
- Prospecting and qualification in export markets
- Export documentation and administrative support
- Trade fair, sample and commercial follow-up support
What we do not do
We do not carry out origin certification or take declaratory responsibility. We prepare documentation and the producer or broker retains responsibility.

Frequently asked questions
Do you serve mid-sized producers?
Yes, and it is the size where this model pays off most.
Which languages do you cover?
English, German, French and Spanish from Portugal, and others depending on the market.
Do you do active prospecting?
Yes, with written qualification criteria agreed with you.
Can you support trade fairs?
Yes, in pre-booking and follow-up, which is where the value is usually lost.
How long does it take to start?
Four to eight weeks in Portugal and three to six in the global hubs, from a signed proposal. Transition begins by documenting the process, not by transferring it.
What is the minimum size?
Three full-time people for a dedicated team, which is the minimum to cover holidays and absence. Below that we propose a shared team.
How is the service measured?
Against metrics agreed before the operation opens, with a threshold below which we enter a recovery plan. It is not a conversation that starts when the client complains.
What if we want to end it?
There is agreed notice and a written reversal plan. The process documentation is yours from day one and leaves with you.
