Media and entertainment
Moderation, support and content operations for media
Content moderation, subscriber support and catalogue operations, in Portuguese and other languages.

The pressure on media and entertainment in Portugal
Moderation is psychologically demanding work, and a bid that excludes wellbeing support is hiding a cost that will reappear as attrition.
A moderation policy never covers every case, so escalation has to be designed before the first hard case.
What we run
- Content and comment moderation
- Subscriber support and subscription management
- Catalogue operations and metadata verification
- Rights support and takedown request handling
What we do not do
Moderator wellbeing support is included and is not stripped out to lower the bid. If a competitor quotes substantially less for moderation, it is worth asking what was removed.

Frequently asked questions
How do you support moderators?
With exposure limits, task rotation and planned support, included in the price.
Do you follow our policy?
Yes, with calibrated examples and escalation for what the policy does not cover.
Do you cover Brazilian Portuguese?
Yes, with native-variant moderators, from Sao Paulo.
Can you do 24 hours?
Yes, across several hubs in different time zones.
How do you handle legal takedown requests?
With immediate escalation to you. We do not decide on requests with legal implications.
How long does it take to start?
Four to eight weeks in Portugal and three to six in the global hubs, from a signed proposal. Transition begins by documenting the process, not by transferring it.
What is the minimum size?
Three full-time people for a dedicated team, which is the minimum to cover holidays and absence. Below that we propose a shared team.
How is the service measured?
Against metrics agreed before the operation opens, with a threshold below which we enter a recovery plan. It is not a conversation that starts when the client complains.
What if we want to end it?
There is agreed notice and a written reversal plan. The process documentation is yours from day one and leaves with you.
