Where we process personal data on a client's behalf as part of service delivery, we act as processor and the client is the controller. That relationship is governed by the data processing agreement signed with them, not by this policy.
What we collect and on what basis
We collect only what is needed to answer what you ask. The forms on this site collect name, email address, company, telephone where you provide it, and the content of your message. The basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Job applications additionally collect your CV and whatever information you choose to include. The basis is likewise pre-contractual steps.
Newsletter subscription collects your email address on the basis of your consent, confirmed by double opt-in. You may withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in every message.
Usage statistics are collected only if you accept them in the cookie notice. Without that acceptance, no measurement scripts are loaded at all.
Who we share with
Requests sent through the forms are recorded in our customer relationship system and, for applications, in our recruitment system. Both are provided by Zoho Corporation, acting as our processor.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
International transfers
Corpshore is a Canadian company and operates delivery hubs inside and outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is processed outside the EEA we apply standard contractual clauses accompanied by a transfer impact assessment, except where an applicable adequacy decision exists.

Retention
- Commercial enquiries that do not lead to a contract: 24 months from last contact.
- Unsuccessful applications: 12 months, unless you agree to a longer period.
- Newsletter subscribers: until you withdraw consent.
- Accounting and contractual records: for the applicable statutory period.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR and Lei n.º 58/2019. To exercise any of them, write to info@corpshore.solutions. We respond within the statutory period.
If you consider that the processing of your data breaches the law, you may complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, the supervisory authority in Portugal.
