Logistics and ports
Administrative support for logistics and port operations
Transport documentation, dispatch support, claims handling and customer service for logistics and port operators in Portugal.

The pressure on logistics and ports in Portugal
A documentation error is expensive and late: it surfaces when the cargo is already held. Sampled quality control over the administrative work pays for itself.
The hours are rarely nine to five. Port and transport operations need out-of-hours cover, and building it with internal shifts is expensive and bad for retention.
What we run
- Transport and dispatch documentation handling
- Customer and carrier support, with extended cover
- Claims and damage case handling
- Data entry and validation in management systems
What we do not do
We do not take on customs responsibility or act as a customs broker. We prepare and organise documentation; declaratory responsibility remains yours or your broker's.

Frequently asked questions
Can you provide out-of-hours cover?
Yes, across hubs in different time zones, which avoids night shifts in one place.
How do you control documentation error?
With double-keying on critical fields and sampled scoring against an agreed error rate.
Do you work in English?
Yes. In international logistics English is often the working language.
Do you do customs clearance?
No. We prepare documentation; declaratory responsibility is yours or your broker's.
Can you work weekends?
Yes, across the network, which avoids paying weekend premiums on internal headcount.
How long does it take to start?
Four to eight weeks in Portugal and three to six in the global hubs, from a signed proposal. Transition begins by documenting the process, not by transferring it.
What is the minimum size?
Three full-time people for a dedicated team, which is the minimum to cover holidays and absence. Below that we propose a shared team.
How is the service measured?
Against metrics agreed before the operation opens, with a threshold below which we enter a recovery plan. It is not a conversation that starts when the client complains.
What if we want to end it?
There is agreed notice and a written reversal plan. The process documentation is yours from day one and leaves with you.
