Education
Administrative support and examinations for education institutions
Applicant and student support, academic administration, and exam invigilation through the Corpshore Exams network.

The pressure on education in Portugal
The applications peak is short, intense and decisive for the year's revenue, and is badly handled by permanent headcount.
The international student population brings demand in English and other languages that academic services rarely cover well.
What we run
- Applicant, application and enrolment support
- Student service, in Portuguese and English
- Academic administration and document handling
- Proctoring and test administration, via Corpshore Exams
What we do not do
We do not take admission decisions or give academic guidance. The exam network covers 18 countries; that figure belongs to Corpshore Exams rather than to the group's BPO operation.

Frequently asked questions
Do you do exam invigilation?
Yes, through Corpshore Exams, in person and remote.
Do you cover the applications peak?
Yes, with contracted reserve for the specific period.
Do you serve in English?
Yes, and it is often the main requirement for international students.
Do you decide admissions?
No. We prepare and organise files; the decision is the institution's.
How long does it take to start?
Four to eight weeks in Portugal and three to six in the global hubs, from a signed proposal. Transition begins by documenting the process, not by transferring it.
What is the minimum size?
Three full-time people for a dedicated team, which is the minimum to cover holidays and absence. Below that we propose a shared team.
How is the service measured?
Against metrics agreed before the operation opens, with a threshold below which we enter a recovery plan. It is not a conversation that starts when the client complains.
What if we want to end it?
There is agreed notice and a written reversal plan. The process documentation is yours from day one and leaves with you.
