About the role
This is the role that decides whether an operation works. A contract's numbers are made or lost at supervisor level, long before they reach a monthly report.
What you will do
- Staff shifts against actual demand rather than the monthly average.
- Run quality reviews and one-to-one sessions with everyone on the team.
- Report to the client with numbers and with the causes behind them.
- Detect and escalate compliance risks before they become incidents.
What is required
- Two years or more coordinating teams in an operational environment.
- Native European Portuguese and working English at client-meeting level.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and with the data behind a service level.
What is valued
- Experience in operational transitions or standing up new teams.
What we offer
- A Portuguese employment contract, with the fourteen annual payments, a meal allowance on a card and health insurance from the sixth month.
- Paid training in the first month and a written progression plan, reviewed every six months with your direct manager.
- Twenty-five days of holiday, above the legal minimum, and schedule flexibility within the team's coverage window.
