About the role
Portugal is a small and highly connected candidate market. A badly run process costs more than the role that goes unfilled, which is why this function reports into operations rather than only into human resources.
What you will do
- Run complete processes, from profile definition to offer.
- Assess language competence methodically rather than by interview impression.
- Reply to every candidate, including those not progressing.
What is required
- Recruitment experience at volume or in multilingual profiles.
- Native Portuguese and working English.
What is valued
- Experience with applicant tracking tools and funnel reporting.
What we offer
- A Portuguese employment contract, with the fourteen annual payments, a meal allowance on a card and health insurance from the sixth month.
- Paid training in the first month and a written progression plan, reviewed every six months with your direct manager.
- Twenty-five days of holiday, above the legal minimum, and schedule flexibility within the team's coverage window.
