About the role
Training is what separates a launch that stabilises in weeks from one that stabilises in months. This is a pipeline posting: specific positions open as new operations launch.
What you will do
- Design training materials from the operation's actual procedures.
- Deliver initial training and measure what was retained, not what was covered.
- Revise materials when the operation changes, which is always.
What is required
- Experience training adults in a professional setting.
- A pedagogical competence certificate or equivalent.
What is valued
- Experience in operation launches or supplier transitions.
What we offer
- A Portuguese employment contract, with the fourteen annual payments, a meal allowance on a card and health insurance from the sixth month.
- Paid training in the first month and a written progression plan, reviewed every six months with your direct manager.
- Twenty-five days of holiday, above the legal minimum, and schedule flexibility within the team's coverage window.
