The problem
Every campaign was preceded by manual testing rushed by the product team, and the defects that escaped surfaced at peak traffic, when fixing them costs more and is more visible.
What we built
A continuously maintained automated regression suite, with half a working day of Portuguese overlap, which is enough for daily reviews and unblocking. Accessibility testing runs per criterion rather than as a generic check.
Compliance
Outside the EEA. Standard contractual clauses and a transfer impact assessment. The test environment uses synthetic data, so no real personal data leaves the European Economic Area.

- Sint.synthetic data, no real data outside the EEA
The part that convinced us most was their use of synthetic data. It ended the conversation about transfers.
